Spring Cleaning

There is still some time before Spring officially arrives but the weather is telling us another story. Soon (this weekend for myself) we will find ourselves bending over picking up sticks, raking up winter debris and turning some soil over for all of our beautiful flowers, trees and veggies! I will not even begin to mention "blowing the stink" out of our houses.

The physical demands on our bodies will very likely outpace our well hibernated and rested winter spines, knees, hips and shoulders. Springtime is a very busy time at Lakeshore Chiropractic & Wellness  for all the reasons I mentioned.

A note to all my friends that are awakening from their winter slumber ...

  • Stiffness in joints eventually leads to pain.
  • Survive to fight another battle (2 days of working for 3 hours is much safer in the early spring than 1 day of 6 hours)
  • Bend at your knees 
  •  If you feel like you are moving "stiff-ly " or begin to have more pain than you think is normal call us for an appointment and start the season out right!
