The physical demands on our bodies will very likely outpace our well hibernated and rested winter spines, knees, hips and shoulders. Springtime is a very busy time at Lakeshore Chiropractic & Wellness for all the reasons I mentioned.
A note to all my friends that are awakening from their winter slumber ...
- Stiffness in joints eventually leads to pain.
- Survive to fight another battle (2 days of working for 3 hours is much safer in the early spring than 1 day of 6 hours)
- Bend at your knees
- If you feel like you are moving "stiff-ly " or begin to have more pain than you think is normal call us for an appointment and start the season out right!
